How can I place an order?

Can I purchase from outside Australia?
We ship physical products within Australia and international and digital products and online programs can be purchased worldwide. Please note that delivery times and costs may vary depending on your location.

Orders within Australia typically arrive within 5–7 business days. International orders may take 10–15 business days, depending on the destination and local postal services. For faster delivery, express post can be selected where available.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. You’ll see the total before completing your purchase. International orders and bulk orders will require you to contact us for an actual shipping cost pricing prior to completing your purchase. This will be made apparent at the checkout and the purchase will not be able to be completed via the online shop.

What is your return policy?

If your book arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include a photo of the damage and your order details, and we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund.

Access to digital products is unlimited for as long as that digital product is available as a product. You can use the digital product at any time after your purchase.

Can I share or resell the digital product?
