1. Physical Products

Eligibility for Returns: We do not offer returns for change of mind. If a product arrives via post and it is damaged, we will require evidence of that damage, and we can then provide a replacement of the ordered product. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

2. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital downloads and content, we do not offer refunds for digital products unless required by law. If you experience issues with your purchase, please contact us for assistance.

Refunds for online programs or services are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of purchase to discuss your options.
