Over the last 8 years Dr Fraser has been studying what enables cultural transformation. In that time he has made a very interesting discovery. One of the biggest blocks to transformation is that most people outsource responsibility of culture to the most senior leaders.

Statements such as “Culture comes from the top down!” and “The fish rots from the head”, have warped our understanding of culture. When you look at the true psychology of how cultures work, you realise that these statements are inaccurate.

Our research shows that culture comes from the bottom up as well.
