The Third Space®

corporate work life balance program

This University tested program was developed over 7 years and has been proven to dramatically improve balance, behaviour in the home and the ability to recover from a hard day.

This program has been redesigned to also be used to help your people transition more effectively between the different parts of their day. For example transitioning from one meeting to another or if they are client facing how to transition from a difficult interaction with a client to the next client and give them a great customer experience.

We have recently seen that work life balance has dramatically changed with the introduction of technology, which means we are always on and constantly working. There is no barrier between work and home anymore or from being in a meeting and still having access to your phones and other devices.

In response Dr Adam Fraser developed a three stage process that can be performed in the transition between one interaction to other withe in the office or at home and improve peoples capacity to turn off and be present in the moment. University studies have shown that the application of this strategy improves the mood of the home by 43% and increases boundary strength (the ability to leave a bad day at work) by 91%.

In this program you get 10 modules which include videos,  diagnostics, summary sheets and action plans.  The program can be done as a team or individually.

You can also add on virtual or live keynotes with Dr Adam Fraser.

Please contact our office to discuss investment.
