Improving Performance,
Wellbeing & Culture

The Evolution Project is a virtual program, designed to improve performance, wellbeing, culture and leadership in your organisation.

The program has a modular design, built from cohesive optional components that can mix and match to suit your needs.

It has a unique structure and delivery method so it can be used with face-to-face or decentralised and remote teams.

Dr Adam Fraser has spent the past decade operating a virtual school for organisations, aimed at strengthening the connection among teams that do not have physical interactions or work in a hybrid setting.

This virtual program has been successfully completed by over 30,000 individuals worldwide. Prominent companies such as Greene King (UK), Telstra, AIA, Bayer and Westpac have embraced this initiative, recognising its significant relevance for all teams.

Given the hybrid working environments in many organisations, there is a potential threat to our team members, including:

  • Experiencing significant detachment from their teams and the work they are involved in

  • Suffering notable declines in both physical and mental wellbeing

  • Struggling with a lack of focus and motivation

  • Dealing with a complete loss of routine and structure

The Evolution Project was developed to address these risks.

How the program works

The simple program with effective results

Illustration of a person analyzing financial data on a computer, with a success chart, calculator, smartphone, and magnifying glass on the desk.

Step 1: The team fills out a baseline survey. The group data is shared with the organisation.

Illustration of a man and woman interacting with technology, with the woman on a raised platform holding a phone, and the man standing on the ground holding a tablet, in front of large screens displaying icons related to technology and digital media.

Step 2: The program is launched and the leaders facilitate their teams through the virtual school. All leaders are given all the tools to do this and to make it easy for them.

Step 3: The team support each other and hold each other accountable for their action plans.

Step 4: Following the completion of the program, the team fill out a survey to determine what improvements have occurred. A report is then generated detailing changes, that plus the group data is given to the organisation.
